Privacy
What we keep
- Your email, only to send you login codes and notices. It's never shown on any page, in any feed or in our logs.
- Your username and everything you put on your page: tools, variants, months, notes, who you follow. These are public unless you turn on private.
- A session cookie that keeps you logged in for 30 days. Besides it, only short-lived cookies carry an invite or a message from one page to the next. No tracking, no ads.
Private pages
With private on, others see only your username and "private". Your tools still count in the numbers, but you're never named in lists, activity or followers.
Login mail goes through Postmark, which sees your address and the mail.
Logs
The server logs one line per request: method, address, status and time. The web server in front of it also logs your browser's name and your IP address with its last part removed, and keeps them 90 days. Never emails, codes or tokens.
Deleting
"Delete account" at the foot of your page deletes your account, uses, notes, follows and activity, after a code sent to your email. Tools you added stay, credited to nobody.
